The morning AFTER your Experience Narrative is approved, you will receive an automatically generated email indicating that the EOC (Evidence of Completion form) is available. At that point, you will need to return to the Professional Development Hours (PDHS) section inside the CoTE Co-op Portal to generate an Evidence of Completion form. These forms are for you to sign and enter into the ELIS system for licensure renewal. Select University of Illinois - 1901 S. First St., Champaign as the Professional Development Provider.
